NCDOT Mentor-Protégé Program PSI has been accepted into the NCDOT Mentor-Protégé Program. Program Objective: The immediate objectives of the Mentor-Protégé program are to provide Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) firms with assistance and advice that will improve their ability to compete in the highway construction industry and to increase the capacity and number of M/W/DBE firms in highway construction areas in which they normally do not compete in. The ultimate objective of the program is to develop M/W/DBE firms that are capable of participating in the highway construction industry as fully independent and viable firms. |
