Mr. Tingen has more than 30 years in construction management, including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing.

He has experience in full on-site construction management, including effectively schedule, monitor, manage and inspect all work from start to customer orientation. Works effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors and city officials.
