locklear, project manager
Mr. Locklear is responsible for civil engineering project development,
management, and oversight, with emphasis on projects pertaining
to public works, infrastructure, highways, utilities, and buildings,
for private, commercial, industrial, and federal properties.
Mr. Locklear has extensive GIS construction mapping experience,
specifically for storm and sanitary sewer systems. He assisted in
the prototype Rocky 8 to field test simulations of Sojourner Rover
on Mars with NASA, Pasadena, California. Used Patran and Cubit to
develop a geometric model of a repaired solid panel that simulated
the repair to an aircraft wing for analysis to get the stress and
strain concentrations at each scarf joint at Sandia National Laboratories
in Albuquerque, NM. Performed research on very high strength concrete
(VHSC) at North Carolina A&T State University (Fall 2007).
