Mr. Rhodes has extensive service in the real estate field with
an emphasis on fee simple and partial acquisitions for the construction
of pipelines (natural gas, water, and sewer), highways, electric
utility lines, both transmission and distribution and airports.
- March, 2008 to August, 2008: Served as Right of Way Project
Manager, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania for three 24 inch and four
12 inch natural gas pipeline projects.
- October, 2005 to December, 2007: Served as Project Manager for
Right of Way Acquisition for the Elba Express Pipeline Project,
a 189 mile pipeline with approximately 900 parcels scheduled for
acquisition.
- James E. Rhodes & Associates, Inc. 1993 to 2005: Provider
of Real Estate related services with the emphasis on the acquisition
of Fee Simple and Easement Rights for the construction of privately
and publicly funded construction projects.
- 1998 to 1990: Served as Branch Manager, Right of Way Unit, North
Carolina Department of Transportation, Division of Highways.
